First track meet ever that the boys have ran in without their older brother Altaveon participating in and he here. So they got his support for the entire meet.

It went smoothly although dad Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS was still dealing with son Bryson's situation although he did not want to highlight it this meet.

Parents raising athletes S1 E29 AAAG Leevan Sands and Dwight Phillips D...

As Altaveon track season comes to an end, it still allows him to meet people he would have never meet. At Sunday's AAAG meet he meet Leevans Sands and Dwight Phillips Da Great. These guys allow my son to see that your goals are not as far out of reach as you may think. Dwight Phillips already was following him on instagram and he seem to have made a mentor connection with Leevan Sands. He even had him to sign both pairs of his track shoes.

Leevan Sands took the time out of his schedule to speak with my son and motivate him to go even harder towards his goal with complete tunnel vision.

This meet was also a coming out meet for Mekhi. I had a full day of personal records. Killer Khi aka Baby BOSS, had a personal record in the 100 and personal record in the 200 and personal record in the 400 meter dash.

The problems with having a child living outside your household is that anything he is experiencing within the other house will start making its way to yours, mostly bad. In efforts to help my son through counseling, he reported some things that were very disturbing and effecting him mentally. This is causing an emotional strain on the Glasper Family as they continue to seek help.

While we work to get our price athlete back on track to break the AAU record for 11U, but we decided to let you all in our core workout. It a huge part of our success.

As you can see in this episode Bryson and Mekhi did not run because they do not have their age group. It is a huge struggle for us to get Altaveon back to his normal record breaking self. Yet we are not giving up and the road back is the where all of the fun lies. It give us something to look back on.

There are many lessons to be learned when accomplishing your goal but some are better learned from watching others accomplish theirs.

The Glasper brothers took their first ice bath and it was an event to remember! The boys begged and begged to try it and as the old saying goes, be careful what you ask for!
Altaveon finally made it back from visiting friends in Florida and of course is not happy with how he performed this week but father (CHAOS) explain to him, that he cannot expect Greatness from lack of work.
This coming week the boys are back on their usual practice to show USATF and AAU track and field that their performances prior to this past week was not a fluke.
