Parents raising athletes Season 1 Episode 7 Track Lab Camp feat WWE Shield

Altaveon was invited to his first camp! I think I was more happy than he was to see the invite. I read the letter so many times I almost know it word-for-word. It is definitely a testament of my sons hard work to receive the invite but as an active father it is also a testament of my fatherhood.
In the final test Altaveon showed why he was invited there and made it to the last two athletes in the pace test! BEAST MODE! I love this guy!
                                                         "I am my ONLY competition..."
If a man does not work, a man does not eat!
Altaveon work hard so the invite is him getting to eat from his work. My boys train and study simultaneously and once a test comes they A's it because they studied under pressure so they test with no pressure.

Parents raising athlete Season 1 Episode 6 No limits

Limitations are set by adults because we think we know more than we actually do. Just like when a person show you who you are you should believe them, when a child or athlete show you what they can do you should believe them and train them on that level. There is no gender or age group in athleticism, only athletes.
A child mind is unlimited and their bodies will follow. Episode 6, shows The Glaspers working out with "No limits". The boys work hard to get further and better than what they were the day before. I simply focus on progress; not 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. As long as they PR (Personal Record) I cannot be more happy.
Mekhi at the age of 1 picked up a ball that Altaveon was struggling with at the age of 6. I did not tell him to put it down. I praised him and allowed him to keep playing with the ball because that builds strength within the total body.
MOST asked question: When should I start training my child or doing strength work?
When a child rolls on the floor, its core work. When a infant lifts its head (Heaviest part of body), its an intense neck workout. When they are trying to raise off the ground, its the first form of pushups, bench set etc. Walking is the first leg workout. Watch a person that use to walk go through the same thing and infant go through yet it seems so painful and intense.
