Parents raising athletes (Web TV Series)

                                                   "Parents raising athletes"
  The web tv series that show parents (The Glaspers) raising their kids in a very active household.  Three boys Altaveon, Mekhi and Bryson Glasper are destine for success rather that be in sports or in life with whatever they chooses.
     The series will also feature other parents that work hard to give their kids everything and work their kids hard to accomplish their needs and their wants. No room for error and no time for failure.

The work to make your child a better person does starts and ends with you. You help mold and shape what they will view as their wants, needs and their other desires. Next you also teach them how to go after those desires. The driving force within them is fueled by information teaching them how to drive, digging deeper within them to create a winner. A winner is not always the one the get first but the character within how you got there.
Lance Terry is a bright young man with a high IQ. Game IQ that is. I have trained him in the gym to help increase his physical abilities to make sure it can answer his mental game IQ. His dad sacrifice and fighting through constant scrutiny of others who does not know the destiny and vision he sees for his son.

Lance Terry Sr, over College Park Recreation, in College Park, Ga. has moved from one city to the next in order to find the best school for his sons talents and settled upon Heritage School. Little Lance trains with Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS (Me), does ball handling drills with Coach Jamal and about two other basketball coaches. He relax by going to the gym and swimming as well as jumping on the trampoline in the gymnastics room. All of this making him a complete athlete. Our training consist of strength training, squats, deadlifting, benching, strength shoes, vertimax, box jumps, cone drills, sand drills, sprints, aquatics work, lebert hurdles, kinetic bands. running stadiums, speed step drills, speed ladder etc
The workout is not more important than the consistency of doing the workouts that blooms success. What Big Lance and other parents like Koby Bryant parents realized is success is meet only with consistent effort towards a single goal and you can not let a child stop their own greatness.

Above Lance Terry and the Glasper Boys getting ready for a workout. Just like all kids, they are enjoying themselves outside of training but knows when its time to train you must turn on your athletic. This part of them others do not see so it is assumed that they do not ever get this type of time.

As shown above the Glasper Brothers have funs, full of bumps and bruises which I (CHAOS) does not mind since this is the basis of athleticism; Fun and Fitness. The more creative your kids get to be within their play time and the more play time they get, the more athletic they will become. My kid do all of this after they have worked out, to me, is like a second workout. We workout together to create memories together because the few times I workout with my dad... I remember them although they are few. So I bond through hard work so my kids will know how to work for something they desire as well as have something to pass on to their kids; my grandkids.

Since the world does not see our kids being kids, they think we do not care about our kids or about the childhood of our kids. As if Little Lance does not like to jump in the trampoline room or go swimming. They only see him getting pushed to the max in the gym and then see him jumping out of the gym. All of the other kids parents want their child to run as fast as my boys or want their kids to play ball as well are Little Lance but they do not walk to push them to the limits they need to to get the results they see in the elite kids.
                       "Hard work beats talent, when talent does not work hard. "

My son wins four gold medals and have all the love and support his heart desires yet the outside will say it is at the extent of his child hood. Not knowing all the practices we have canceled because he was outside riding his bike. To me it is still a workout. One that he will do with a smile so it is one that he will get the most out of. Enjoy the good

Top Underrated High School Football Player

Keonte Brocks, 6'4, 220lbs, (LB, Defensive End, Tight End) while on a football team playing all the top teams in the region allows him to face ALL of the top athletes. Keonte Brocks is indeed an athlete. He has been called upon to move from defensive end where he stood out again some of the best offensive linemen, to play middle and outside linebacker (where ever opposing team top athlete line up) he has ALWAYS prevailed. However because of his team losing record, the fact that the winning team's top athletes are being shut down by Brocks is being over shadowed. Watching his highlight below I am sure you will agree:  Contact: Head Coach Reginald Austin 678.644.3321

CHAOS THEORY workouts by Trainer CHAOS

                    "CHAOS Theory" Workouts
         "Its not a workout, its a way of training while working out although there are exercises that are implemented that Trainer CHAOS created."
        "CHAOS Theory" is a workout concept that has been proven time and time again by Professional Trainer CHAOS and now he has saw fit to not only explain his concept but demonstrate to the world how to perform and implement his workout concept.
        "CHAOS Theory" is the workout concept that whatever can go wrong will so train for it. Your body is design to be equal 360 degrees and what happens in training that you make one area significantly better, stronger and throw off the balance of your body causing injuries. Such as, if you focus on your speed with strengthening the muscles that will be generating that speed equally you will definitely increase your chances of injuries.
         The same movements that can hurt you, if you train to be able to do them you can become actually more fluent within them movements. Just like yoga can make you more flexible when you stretch forward however we are taught that in your day-to-day performances not to bend at the waist but at the knees to prevent injuries to the lower back.

                                                                  Faster is FATTER!!!
         "CHAOS Theory" this idea implements Newtons Law. If you take a tennis ball and throw it at the wall it will measure one weight on impact but if you take the same tennis ball and throw it at the wall with a much larger force behind it, it will measure much higher on impact as if it was heavier or fatter. As an athlete (sprinter) you train to get faster, you will do just that, get faster. However to your muscles the impact of you landing on the ground will increase, your quads will push off harder and your hamstrings will have to be stronger to accept the turn speed to needed to propel you through the air right after impact however if you have not strengthen your muscles to accommodate its new found speed, you are training improperly and actually the CHAOS about it is that you are training for an injury and that just do not make any sense at all.
                                           Conventional Lifting and "CHAOS Theory" Exercises
        In conventional lifting you will have to look at a bodybuilding workout to get the best concept for what is considered proper lifting techniques. Most importantly they are done the way they are taught to get the most out of the workout for looks, growth and gain. This important with "CHAOS Theory" workouts as well however not so much looks, we know that will come with a better quality of life. In conventional weight training you have to focus on techniques to make sure you get that most out of a single rep, this is the same for "CHAOS Theory workouts just that the techniques changes per workout, per athlete, per sports. The idea is the more movements the better to reduce injuries while performing your sport.

Examples of difference:
  • Conventional Curls:
    • Knees slightly bent, chest up, elbows in.
  • "CHAOS Theory":
    • All of the same but when you cannot get it the conventional way, use legs in jumping motion, implementing calves, back, quads, etc. getting the weight up "by all means necessary" because while performing you will implement all of these together however since they are not use to performing simultaneously, one will have to over compensate for the other causing unwanted injuries. It is not always the in motion action that caused the injury however if you do not train properly then poor training creates poor performances while proper practice prevents piss poor performances. Implementing "CHAOS Theory" while training is a way to strengthen your muscles where they normally start to slack at.
  • Conventional Squats:
    • Head up, chest up, explode upwards keeping back straight;
  • "CHAOS Theory"
    • Still you are doing all of the same key points above as well as implementing your coming up on your toes never locking your knees to reduce pressure on your joints. So the squats no matter weight, close legs, wide or regular squats, the same rules applies making it more of a continuous jumping motion.
  • Conventional Abs:
    • More focus on sit ups and crunching motion
  • "CHAOS Theory":
    • Sit-ups are more intense activating the same concept that planking thrive off of where you would have to use your stabilization muscles to perform such as sit-ups on a bench where you can be locked in and as you go back you twist reaching back to touch the ground below and back up.

DL Sione Fua      308lbs 6-foot-1 / 40yd 5.2 / Vertical 27 / 225 Bench  30 / 15 of 150 and 136 of 2085

DL Kenrick Ellis   346lbs 6-foot-1 / 40yd 5.1 / Vertical 32 / 225 Bench 26  / 10 of 150 and 78 of 2085

DL Chigbo Anunoby   324 6ft 4    / 40yd 5.2 / Vertical 36 /   225 Bench 35 / “Ranking better than both”

                *Chigbo Anunoby is bigger with no immature off the field problems, stronger with no unnecessary aggression, longer arm span for reaching around the double team, and work ethic guaranteed speed increase.

Chigbo Anunoby is a defensive lineman who can play defensive tackle as well as control the center of the field at the nose guard position. His comparison to Carolina Panthers 2011 rookie DL Sione Fua who went high in the NFL Draft in the 3rd round and number 97th overall to help reconstruct the Carolina Panthers’ defense. Chigbo is 4 inches taller than him at a whopping 6-foot-5 and weigh in heavier than him at an astounding 324 pounds as well as faster than him. And with the impressive frame to absorb the double team, Chigbo is overwhelmingly stronger than him on the 225 bench press and as for vertical, can 360 dunk on an official NBA basketball goal which makes for a well oiled machine lasting four quarters. DL Chigbo Anunoby is a jewel. He has been labeled a jewel not just because of all of the many contributions he brings to the field but his character on as well as off the field. He has a great work ethic, listen, coachable, and always searching for that next level in bettering his skills by taking his future in his own hands and acquiring a personal trainer outside of school that helped him double his strength and increases his speed. Set time aside to mentor younger kids within the program helping them to see it is not what you do in front of others that make you better but what you do on your own that separate you from the pack. Sad to have to point out but good to be able to say about Chigbo Anunoby, he comes with “NO” off the field issues, attitudes or disciplinary problems, he is just a jewel, a diamond in a rut and with the right coaching will be an excellent addiction to the league for years to come.

Everyday is her day but this day is our day...

     During the times that Im sick, you are there to whipe away my fevers, and when we make love, LORD knows you give me secures;
     Being in your arms is like cloud nine, although you do not I must babygirl your soooooo-find my way to your heart because what I say is so deep, and for the many nights I stayed awake, I was watching you sleep;
     To my pressious LORD I pray, to my dying day, we will never cross that thin line, from Love to hate, fakes be trying to keep us down, but we are two lover bound, Toya and Terrell not be together, now how do that sound;
     You're my lady as we walk, holding hands in the park, rubbing up in the dark, stronger than that boo-bonnet-chronic, this love i know you want it in the morning, in the noon time, it is just as strong in the midday, I no longer have a shady lady now that my lady has came my way;
     That is why "You're My Lady" you will be there for me, through the hard times on your shoulders you will carry me, this love has got me on bending knees, asking My Lady to love me please;
