Parents raising athletes S1 E15 3am Box Workout

Building and elite athlete requires discipline, consistency in agenda, and love. Love because to do all of these you will have to love your objective, agenda,  and goals for your child, customer or athlete or you will fail them by letting them fail their selves.

CHAOS Theory of Fitness training mythology teaches to train with a purpose. Know the why. Why are you training or performing a drill. Our training is for an athlete with same objective. Speed Endurance.

Parents raising athletes S1 E14 Discovery Kinetic Bands KBands

Altaveon first meet after turning 11 years old and he beats Jaiden Patterson who is 12 years old. Jaiden has been the only kid that Altaveon has lost to this year running in the 11-12 age group while still 10. Now we can get back to focusing on personal records as in CHAOS Theory of Fitness training mythology we teach that mental hurdles are even more important than physical ones. All of them can be used to boost moral and launch athletes to another level of fitness and confidence.

In this Episode watch as Altaveon demonstrate how to use Kinetic Bands or how to use them at an advance level of training; if you dare, follow alone:

Parents raising athletes S1 E13 Milestones at New Manchester High

This weekend was amazing. I love watching my son run! It is almost as if I do not know him. I am his largest fan. Altaveon is very special athlete, I am doing great at building his athleticism but struggling to get him mature enough, fast enough to handle the life of a child. I cannot wait to see him grow internally.

New Manchester High, welcome Track Lab meet with open arms. My son reached multiple milestones: He beat a kid that has lead the nation for years and that he has NEVER BEATEN, he ran faster than Sidi Njie has ever ran while doing it as well, he's running at the bottom of his age great with the Elite KIDS in his age group 11-12 age group and my son is still 10 years of age, set his first record at Dunamis Indoor Meet.

Parents raising athletes S1 E9 Mentoring and Discipline

"CHAOS Theory of Fitness" training mythology preaches that when creating an athlete, you start with their character through their fitness. Altaveon got in trouble at school and thought the teacher would  not call because she was a substitute teacher.

She did call and of course as a parent, I was there immediately showing the teacher it is a team effort and I have their back in directing my child properly. No track meet in this episode because it was an unschedule event.

It takes a village...
