Hi I don't know you personally but I see you are heavy into physical fitness so had question...I have always had a fast metabolism and as such have always remained on the thin side recently without effort I lost 7 pounds and it looks like way more cause I am small already! So unlike others I'm looking to gain back the weight I lost unintentionally any suggestions?

Figure out on the average how many calories you consume within a day... and double. If after a month you have not gained weight add another half to it. Break your meals up into 6 meals a day. Never miss breakfast or the meal before you go to sleep. Remember increasing your calories does not necessarily mean increase your consumption of food. You have to read the back of things and comsume food that are high in calories. You should be at approximately 2500 calories. Now being a trainer I must tell you that you do need to workout cause although you want to gain some weight you want it to be the correct weight and in the right area.
