Parents raising athletes S1 E3 Active Learning

CHAOS Theory of Fitness, Active Learning
      Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS, believes and teaches when training, giving the brain something else to focus on makes the body train past their limits. Also the mental objective that you have your clients focused on last longer. Seemingly the oxygen deprivation along with CHAOS within the workout causes the athlete/client to remember things faster and longer; from homework assignments to game assignments. Question athletes bout their assignment while in the mist of training and athlete will blockout when they normally get tired while strengthening their thinking ability while testing and/or while performing activities.
     Feel free to ask any questions, how to use my training mythology (Active Learning) in your training for your objective etc. All of my clients have increase their grades and athletic IQ.
