Parents raising athletes Season 2 Episode 6 Developing my boys dedicated to Uncle David
I recently had a person try to stop my parenting with their negative ideas. What I have learned is whenever you are out to accomplish something that has never been done, you will have the lesser species try to stop you. But you must remember impossible was unheard of until somebody else thought past possible to make it possible. They were not limited by others visions because they were not supported by others. So being by themselves allowed them not to be limited by others; and this was their greatest blessing.
Parents raising athletes, gives me the opportunity to be seen my grandkids kids and if the world choices to see us than that is on them. Me nor our show will be altered to fit our viewers.
Love your life, live your life!
I love my kids! BOYS AND GIRL!

Parents raising athletes S2 Episode 2 Football Season
First time using this app since my imovie app was messing up. I miss my imovie.
The Glasper Brothers are now in football season and we were able to find a team for Altaveon with 11U GSA while his younger brothers are playing football with Welcome All 6U and 4-5U Flag team.
Coach, Trainer and Dad CHAOS is enjoying the workouts since it is a sport that is dear to his heart.
Please enjoy the boys, developing the strength and speed side of their fitness; although Mekhi keeps asking about track meets. I explained to my clients that your road to life is just like your road to fitness. Your journey is yours. Many will start with you but will not finish with you and some may even finish with you but did not believe in their goals and dreams enough to start with you, so gained motivation through your gains and accomplishments to start their own journey. Allow them. It is one of the largest blessing you can acquire, to infect another through motivation from your efforts and good deeds.
Lets infect the world!

Parents raising athletes S1 E31 First Day of School
Its The Glasper Boys (Mekhi and Altaveon) first days of school. I truly think this was harder for dad (Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS) than the boys. Bryson still has one more week. He is really just living it up.
The boys also got to go to the Splash Pad community water park and have fun as usual.
This Episode got to feature Big sister too (Kali).

First track meet ever that the boys have ran in without their older brother Altaveon participating in and he here. So they got his support for the entire meet.
It went smoothly although dad Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS was still dealing with son Bryson's situation although he did not want to highlight it this meet.

Parents raising athletes S1 E29 AAAG Leevan Sands and Dwight Phillips D...
As Altaveon track season comes to an end, it still allows him to meet people he would have never meet. At Sunday's AAAG meet he meet Leevans Sands and Dwight Phillips Da Great. These guys allow my son to see that your goals are not as far out of reach as you may think. Dwight Phillips already was following him on instagram and he seem to have made a mentor connection with Leevan Sands. He even had him to sign both pairs of his track shoes.
Leevan Sands took the time out of his schedule to speak with my son and motivate him to go even harder towards his goal with complete tunnel vision.
This meet was also a coming out meet for Mekhi. I had a full day of personal records. Killer Khi aka Baby BOSS, had a personal record in the 100 and personal record in the 200 and personal record in the 400 meter dash.

Parents raising athletes S1 E28 Saving a child by creating my Best Friend
The problems with having a child living outside your household is that anything he is experiencing within the other house will start making its way to yours, mostly bad. In efforts to help my son through counseling, he reported some things that were very disturbing and effecting him mentally. This is causing an emotional strain on the Glasper Family as they continue to seek help.
Watch as Bryson and family tries to handle these issues.

While we work to get our price athlete back on track to break the AAU record for 11U, but we decided to let you all in our core workout. It a huge part of our success.
As you can see in this episode Bryson and Mekhi did not run because they do not have their age group. It is a huge struggle for us to get Altaveon back to his normal record breaking self. Yet we are not giving up and the road back is the where all of the fun lies. It give us something to look back on.
There are many lessons to be learned when accomplishing your goal but some are better learned from watching others accomplish theirs.

Parents raising athletes S1 E26 AAU State Ice Bath
The Glasper brothers took their first ice bath and it was an event to remember! The boys begged and begged to try it and as the old saying goes, be careful what you ask for!
Altaveon finally made it back from visiting friends in Florida and of course is not happy with how he performed this week but father (CHAOS) explain to him, that he cannot expect Greatness from lack of work.
This coming week the boys are back on their usual practice to show USATF and AAU track and field that their performances prior to this past week was not a fluke.

Happy Father's Day! Father to father. A day with my family is more than a man can ask for. Still celebrating Bryson's birthday on a fathers day is a blessing within itself! I love my boys, my girls, my wife; I love seeing me from the looking glass.
My wife on my day, birthdays, father days, will try to give me time to myself, however I am lost with the best people I know around me; my kids. I fear not having them around to create more memories with them.

1000 Push Ups Challenge by The BEAST Bryson Glasper
My son Altaveon at the age of 7 did 1000 pushups a few times so he did not like me bragging saying my son "The BEAST" Bryson was my strongest son so they challenged each other to see if Bryson could break Altaveon's family record. Bryson did 1012 pushups, however, he also keep losing caught so he actually did more than that. So he beat Altaveon by 2 years and 12 pushups.

Parents raising athletes S1 E21 12th Annual Mark Trail 2018
Mark Trail 12th Annual meet wasn't the best performance for Altaveon but his brothers did better than expected. Bryson made it to finals in all of his races: 100, 200, 400 and even though he was not in the 800, his time was 2 seconds off from the person that took first place this meet and because of how strong Bryson the BEAST is I know he would have beat him.
Altaveon got to be Chad Johnson of the NFL and Tyrese Cooper. He really enjoyed himself. This episode shows Tyrese Cooper breaking the record in the 400, as well as his 100, 200 and other 400 race..

First Meet Record set by Altaveon in the 400 meter dash! We are soooo proud of him! However, he got in trouble in school this week AGAINST and as a father I refuse to let him think that it is ok or will be overlooked just because he did something athletic to make me proud. I love my boys with all of my heart but I want to change the world by being a better person within it and by raising men to follow in my foot steps as such; better men. Parents raising athletes S1 E19 Integrity before athleticism
This episode 19, I dealt with my son Altaveon being disruptive in class multiple times and I realized I failed him because I would not punish him right away like I use to before we started winning, I would wait to the end of the week after his meets so it would not effect his running. But if he did well enough to excite me, I would not punish him or I would not punish him to the extent of his weekly faults.
However I come to realized he does not respond to this and seem to be ok with how humiliating it is to his mom and I when he act up in class being the class clown. Therefore if he see fit to humiliate us with his teachers, I will punish him on the spot as it should be, effecting his times and jumping abilities humiliating him with his peers.
I just hope he straighten up before his legs build up a tolerance to the wall-sit, making him even more athletic and even faster 400 meter runner. Please enjoy our YouTube reality show:

Parents raising athletes S1 E18 Master of Ceremony, Kindergarten Honors ...
This Episode shows the great year my son Bryson Glasper has had. Bryson started track season already running hard since his dad Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS is training him to make a huge impression on his old football coach.
Track is just another tool CHAOS uses to push his kids toward success. Bryson seems to be destined for success graduating with straight A's Honor Roll and breaking the 6U (6 and under) 800 meter meet record and within the same week! AMAZING. Bryson took it all in stride and performed all acts as he normally do, with pride, mature and unshooked as he, the Martin Luther King Elementary School Master of Ceremony should.
Watch as Bryson take on a full week earning top honors in academics and athleticism. Student Athlete at 5 years old.

Now we can get back to focusing on personal records as in CHAOS Theory of Fitness training mythology we teach that mental hurdles are even more important than physical ones. All of them can be used to boost moral and launch athletes to another level of fitness and confidence.

Parents raising athletes S1 E13 Milestones at New Manchester High
This weekend was amazing. I love watching my son run! It is almost as if I do not know him. I am his largest fan. Altaveon is very special athlete, I am doing great at building his athleticism but struggling to get him mature enough, fast enough to handle the life of a child. I cannot wait to see him grow internally.
New Manchester High, welcome Track Lab meet with open arms. My son reached multiple milestones: He beat a kid that has lead the nation for years and that he has NEVER BEATEN, he ran faster than Sidi Njie has ever ran while doing it as well, he's running at the bottom of his age great with the Elite KIDS in his age group 11-12 age group and my son is still 10 years of age, set his first record at Dunamis Indoor Meet.

"CHAOS Theory of Fitness" training mythology preaches that when creating an athlete, you start with their character through their fitness. Altaveon got in trouble at school and thought the teacher would not call because she was a substitute teacher.
She did call and of course as a parent, I was there immediately showing the teacher it is a team effort and I have their back in directing my child properly. No track meet in this episode because it was an unschedule event.

Altaveon was invited to his first camp! I think I was more happy than he was to see the invite. I read the letter so many times I almost know it word-for-word. It is definitely a testament of my sons hard work to receive the invite but as an active father it is also a testament of my fatherhood.
In the final test Altaveon showed why he was invited there and made it to the last two athletes in the pace test! BEAST MODE! I love this guy!
Altaveon work hard so the invite is him getting to eat from his work. My boys train and study simultaneously and once a test comes they A's it because they studied under pressure so they test with no pressure.

Parents raising athlete Season 1 Episode 6 No limits
Limitations are set by adults because we think we know more than we actually do. Just like when a person show you who you are you should believe them, when a child or athlete show you what they can do you should believe them and train them on that level. There is no gender or age group in athleticism, only athletes.
A child mind is unlimited and their bodies will follow. Episode 6, shows The Glaspers working out with "No limits". The boys work hard to get further and better than what they were the day before. I simply focus on progress; not 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. As long as they PR (Personal Record) I cannot be more happy.
Mekhi at the age of 1 picked up a ball that Altaveon was struggling with at the age of 6. I did not tell him to put it down. I praised him and allowed him to keep playing with the ball because that builds strength within the total body.
MOST asked question: When should I start training my child or doing strength work?
When a child rolls on the floor, its core work. When a infant lifts its head (Heaviest part of body), its an intense neck workout. When they are trying to raise off the ground, its the first form of pushups, bench set etc. Walking is the first leg workout. Watch a person that use to walk go through the same thing and infant go through yet it seems so painful and intense.

Parents raising athletes Season 1 Episode 4 Consistent Training featuring NFL Jordan Moore
The Glaspers show you how kids can train as hard as theirs and still have energy to play. There is no limits set to their fitness while still motivated enough to ride their bikes, wrestle, tackle and build play houses. The Glasper bothers bond build stronger through sweating together in fitness and in play.
NFL, Jordan Moore of the Denver Broncos and former Atlanta Falcon (Atlanta, Georgia native), had words of wisdom for the brothers and took time out from training his own brother to speak with the boys. You can tell when a person is meant to be a star because before it happens (before he was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons) they are already display star like qualities. CHAOS Theory of Fitness, Active Learning
Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS, believes and teaches when training, giving the brain something else to focus on makes the body train past their limits. Barracudas' Garcia resigns after one season

Junior Garcia
St. Croix Educational Complex tackle football head coach Junior Garcia, left, works with his team during practice earlier this year at the Educational Complex field.
ST. CROIX - After the Educational Complex varsity tackle football team fell to Charlotte Amalie High School in the IAA territorial championship game last Wednesday, the Barracudas received some more bad news - Complex head football coach Junior Garcia announced his resignation last week.
In his only year at the helm, Garcia led the Barracudas to an impressive 6-2 record and an appearance in the final. The 31-year-old St. Croix native was an assistant coach under Jason Woodward in 2009 before taking over the program this past summer.
"There are some other opportunities out there that I have been chasing for a while," Garcia said Tuesday night. "I feel like they're in my grasp and now is the time to go after it."
Garcia is a 10-year military service member and fought for two years with the U.S. Army in the Iraq War. He has been serving under the V.I. National Guard the last two years on St. Croix.
"I actually put my resignation letter in the day of the championship," said Garcia, who broke the news to his players following the 14-8 loss to the Chickenhawks. "I'm resigning as a head coach, but I won't be out of the kids' lives."
Garcia hopes to start a mentoring program for football players and wants to assist student-athletes in their pursuit of college and other post-graduation endeavors.
Garcia said the decision about his successor will be made by Kurt Vialet, the school's principal.
Possibilities include Scott Cofiell, who was the team's offensive coordinator this last season and held the same position at Central High from 2003 to 2007; and special teams coach Ignacio Llanos, who also coached the offensive line and was the head coach of the St. Croix Private Schools Pirates in 2009.
The Complex football program went 0-8 four years ago, but Garcia was one of the reasons the Barracudas have advanced to two straight St. Croix championships. While he was on the staff the last two seasons, Complex put together a combined 13-4 record and went undefeated against St. Croix competition.
"The last two years have been phenomenal," Garcia said. "We put together a great team and I will always admire their will to win. We had the best kids and parents that I could ever ask for."
During his prep football days, Garcia said, he was the first Educational Complex player ever to throw and score a touchdown on the current Complex field. That was before tackle football came to the territory.

GREAT ABS! NO CRUNCHES, START PLANKING!
I sware by planking for Best abs and results
By Strength Specialist and Consultant: “Trainer CHAOS aka C4”
Million dollar question: WHAT IS THE PERFECT ABS WORKOUT!!!
By Strength Specialist and Consultant Trainer “CHAOS”
By Strength Specialist and Consultant: “Trainer CHAOS aka C4”
No matter how fit you are it really is not defined until you have what is called washboard abs with a V-cut obliques. From the everyday soccer mom to your favorite actor or actress on television, they are not defined by their sex appeal until they have washboards abs. This is what keeps your body posture upright, reduce injuries, strengthen your core and assist with what I think are your most important muscles, your stabilization muscles.
When searching for what will actually work you run into a lot of non-sense. So you have to cipher through it all to find what works for you. To start no matter what you read, the most important thing element as far as fitness is concerned is your diet. Physical Fitness makes up only 40 percent of how you should live and your diet 60 percent. You can work out all day and night yet the way you eat will hinder your workout and cause you to develop health issues despite your workout efforts such as diabetics. Most do not know that they way you eat made up for 33 percent of your chances to become diabetic and your genetics only make up for 3 percent.
Back to ABS! You are subject to run into the “Miracle methods” where you must be high off life to even believe that it can be so easy. If it was that easy everybody in Hollywood would have washboard abs and be a million dollar sex symbol. These are you 5 minute, 10 minute abs like a ROCK STAR. Or you run into the “I’m training to be Mister Olympia” workout so it must work. Now me (CHAOS aka C4), this is the kind of workouts I love and thrive off of so I commend all who can keep up and do not look for the easy way out. I am my only competition! Let’s get it! However I learned that there are some normal people in this world that do not want to train for Armageddon. “Weaklings”!
So since there are more of them then of us Armageddon trainers, I want to let them know what I learned from reading Men's Health's Mike Wunsch, C.S.C.S., and Craig Rasmussen, C.S.C.S. says of course there is and a study has been done to authenticate it. They state “That’s exactly how we make our living.”
Most of Corporate America is too busy and on the go. They want to work but more than the workout, they want and need the results. Like I learned from doing music, modeling, training women and “MEN”, sex sales, women want to be with you and men want to be like you and just being honest that statement can be interchangeable.
Million dollar question: WHAT IS THE PERFECT ABS WORKOUT!!!
To start, it takes only 30 to 40 minutes a day, and only 3 days a week for you on the go lawyers, doctors and busy executive. Yes it is breaking all of the conventional rules however my workouts does to and that is why they work so well so when I first read up on their methods I had no doubt in my mind that they were going to be implemented into my daily formulas.
Best way to burn fat!!!
You do not want to target your abs to burn fat. You have large muscles and you target your larger muscle because it takes more energy to work them which means it will burn more fat during and after the workout is over. It is a complete misconception that most people have that you burn more fat from running than you do weight lifting. “THIS IS FALSE!” The body’s primary fat burner is the muscle so it is only wise to work them to burn the most fat and to get the most results. A lot of women shy away from this method because they do not want to look like a man from too much weight lifting. This is where your trainer authority is being tested and where I will tell you “If you know what to do you would not be paying and if you want to do what you want do somewhere else but here we are going to do what works and what will get you the best results… mam” (with a smile). As a trainer you have to be a counselor, preacher, teacher, listener, parent, friend etc so that is why I refer to my trainers as “Life Coach”.
A study was done at the University of Virginia by their scientists to say that in order to burn a pound (just one pound) of fat from doing crunches and sit-ups you will have to do 250,000. Personally I really do not have that type of time and since I get bored pretty easy this would not be my method of choice. Although you keep on crunching, quitters never prevail (in my sarcastic voice). It is kind of humorous though, to think that the least efficient way is the most popular way used in efforts to get the six-pack to show.
Why weights instead of cardio
When running or cycling the body lunges work hard and yes some muscles are working as well. However when weight lifting or performing resistant workouts the body work purpose is to work the muscles, the muscles only way of working is to process oxygen and during this scenario the body muscle fibers are tearing to significantly which causes a lot of rebuilding to take place. The entire process is a fat burning fiasco that continues to take place long after the workout is over. The more muscles your work, the more energy that is needed and the more fat that will be ciphered and expended from throughout the body to be used for energy for the work to be done and for the repairs to be completely. So notation to self: your metabolism can be increased for a couple of days just from a single total body weight training session.
Attention WOMEN! (Not all but the you know who you are)
So please stop coming into the gym trying to target only what you want to target by telling your “Life Coach” what you are not going to do because generally what you do not want to do is what will bring you the best results for what you want. Oh and yes… you will sweat!
Leg workout
By now you know how important doing resistance training is now let’s talk about the legs. Your leg workout is twice as important as the rest, mainly because they are twice as big as the rest of the muscles in your body. A lot of guys work on their Uncle Tooth Pick Legs without knowing it. You body id like a cool aide jar. If you put a cool aide jar in the fridge, when you come back to the fridge all of the sugar (testosterone) would have settled to the bottom of the jar. So if your testosterone is in the lower extrimatives then you must pump them throughout your body to get the best results within your workouts. Second your body largest group of muscle are the quads so by working total body every other day 3 to 4 days a week it keeps your body metabolism rate going to maximize your fat burning machine. This theory was proven by researchers at the Syracuse University stating: “A person burn more fat the day after a lower body resistance training then the day after an upper body resistance training session. So the get the most out of your instant on the go corporate workout it is best to incorporate a total body resistance workout to get the most out of your time cause who know when you will be back up in the gym again or when you will be able to sneak some me time in again for your healthy appetite.
Stronger CORE! No Crunches!!!
Your core does not just consist of your abdomen, it consist of your hips, the muscles that resist your spine from rounding, enable to you to transfer your chi (energy) from your supreme force from your lower body to your upper body like a pitcher within his pitch, a boxer within his punch, a tennis player with their swing is no different than the strong core needed for a golfer within their swing. Authentic core movements target these areas to support the backs transference of this energy equally while staying stable as the sway bars on a race car. Crunches only targets the muscles that enables you to flex which are around your lower spine (this is not a bad thing just we want results) and I’m sure you have seen many people with guts flex but they do not help show definition and work the entire abs cage. Just to add insult to injuries, there are new finding stating that crunches and sit-ups are the least affective methods out there. Even pushups are considered to be better or simply holding the pushup position which is my segway into planking.
Best way to start a workout!!!
The best way to start your day is with breakfast and the best way to start your workout is with core strengthening exercises. The idea is the similar to my reason for always starting your workout with your weakest limb (arm, leg) which is to get the most out of it. The reason you start with core strengthening exercises is so you can strengthen it faster and get the best results plus these movement are total body which means they alone incorporates your legs, lower abdomen, shoulders, flexibility, back, complete abdomen cage, chest, oblique’s, hips, etc. to complete what it takes to strengthen your core as a whole. This is what I (Trainer CHAOS) call stirring up the cool-aide jar.
Wasting time during workout
After 5 minutes of core work, you are ready to go. No more! It is a waste of time to simply exhaust your core looking for results. You have worked them now move on. Plus now you gotten your core ready to react with your workout and interact with the rest of your body at its highest peak for maximum results:
· Embrace planking
o Planking appears very easy to the naked eye and is extremely easy… if you are doing it wrong. There are a lot of methods, motions, exercises, movements, etc to planking. Some are posted here in my blog, even how to spot a cheater.
o I do five minutes before and five minutes after workout and it is the only thing that I have done where I personally have seen my own results. Now when I do other abs workouts I make sure they incorporate the stabilizing properties of planking such catching a medicine ball from different angles while descending on a decline bench. Click here to watch ab video being performed by Trainer CHAOS
Biggest waste of time
Get off treadmill! Think about it you have 30 to 40 minutes and back to Corporate America why are you wasting it on the treadmill only doing cardio. Get off the treadmill now!!! University of Southern Maine did a study and found that a single set of a weight-training exercise torches just as many calories as running a mile in 6 minutes for the same amount of time. Resistance training has a larger metabolism boost than long distance running does. Now we cannot dispute fact so that is why I add them into my write ups so your next fact is that University of North Dakota states that lifting weights with a full range of motion can increase flexibility better than static stretching does.
Please follow your “Life’s Coach” instructions and “Get your PLANK on!”

Parents raising athletes S1 E2 BOSS Baby
BOSS Baby, This episode shows the baby boy Mekhi, doing it all. "Little CHAOS" is very hyper. He begs to workout, love being around training. You will see your child all over this show; it shows Mekhi Glasper being a normally hyper child. Proof that training does not take away from him enjoying his child hood. It actually adds to it and prevents child obesity as well as diabetes.
Studies shows that diabetes is passed on 3% from heredity and 33% from how you live, eat. As a trainer I have had many people down me because of how I train my kids and I have had those same exact people pull aside and ask me to train their kids and give them a polite "Hell no." I have had a doctor ask me bout me training my son, praise him for all of his medals then say maybe I am training him to hard. In the mist of the same conversation she tells me that her son is obese. Why is that ok? Why is not child abuse? Why
Mekhi ask to train, should I say no? No, I am going to nourisher that drive and make sure he remember me supporting him. As a parent, you should consider yourself drafted or chosen by GOD. What more do you want. Cause all they want is time, and that create memories.

Parents raising athletes (Web TV Series)
"Parents raising athletes"
The web tv series that show parents (The Glaspers) raising their kids in a very active household. Three boys Altaveon, Mekhi and Bryson Glasper are destine for success rather that be in sports or in life with whatever they chooses.
The series will also feature other parents that work hard to give their kids everything and work their kids hard to accomplish their needs and their wants. No room for error and no time for failure.

The work to make your child a better person does starts and ends with you. You help mold and shape what they will view as their wants, needs and their other desires. Next you also teach them how to go after those desires. The driving force within them is fueled by information teaching them how to drive, digging deeper within them to create a winner. A winner is not always the one the get first but the character within how you got there.
Lance Terry is a bright young man with a high IQ. Game IQ that is. I have trained him in the gym to help increase his physical abilities to make sure it can answer his mental game IQ. His dad sacrifice and fighting through constant scrutiny of others who does not know the destiny and vision he sees for his son.
Lance Terry Sr, over College Park Recreation, in College Park, Ga. has moved from one city to the next in order to find the best school for his sons talents and settled upon Heritage School. Little Lance trains with Master Fitness Trainer CHAOS (Me), does ball handling drills with Coach Jamal and about two other basketball coaches. He relax by going to the gym and swimming as well as jumping on the trampoline in the gymnastics room. All of this making him a complete athlete. Our training consist of strength training, squats, deadlifting, benching, strength shoes, vertimax, box jumps, cone drills, sand drills, sprints, aquatics work, lebert hurdles, kinetic bands. running stadiums, speed step drills, speed ladder etc
The workout is not more important than the consistency of doing the workouts that blooms success. What Big Lance and other parents like Koby Bryant parents realized is success is meet only with consistent effort towards a single goal and you can not let a child stop their own greatness.
Above Lance Terry and the Glasper Boys getting ready for a workout. Just like all kids, they are enjoying themselves outside of training but knows when its time to train you must turn on your athletic. This part of them others do not see so it is assumed that they do not ever get this type of time.
As shown above the Glasper Brothers have funs, full of bumps and bruises which I (CHAOS) does not mind since this is the basis of athleticism; Fun and Fitness. The more creative your kids get to be within their play time and the more play time they get, the more athletic they will become. My kid do all of this after they have worked out, to me, is like a second workout. We workout together to create memories together because the few times I workout with my dad... I remember them although they are few. So I bond through hard work so my kids will know how to work for something they desire as well as have something to pass on to their kids; my grandkids.
Since the world does not see our kids being kids, they think we do not care about our kids or about the childhood of our kids. As if Little Lance does not like to jump in the trampoline room or go swimming. They only see him getting pushed to the max in the gym and then see him jumping out of the gym. All of the other kids parents want their child to run as fast as my boys or want their kids to play ball as well are Little Lance but they do not walk to push them to the limits they need to to get the results they see in the elite kids.
"Hard work beats talent, when talent does not work hard. "
My son wins four gold medals and have all the love and support his heart desires yet the outside will say it is at the extent of his child hood. Not knowing all the practices we have canceled because he was outside riding his bike. To me it is still a workout. One that he will do with a smile so it is one that he will get the most out of. Enjoy the good
